About the Pantry Program
The SAOC Pantry Program was originated in 2024, as a way for financially-challenged students to access food and resources that may otherwise have been unattainable for them.
With the generous support of community sponsors, we receive and re-distribute donations of food items, personal items and toiletries, and other household necessities to students in need.

The Pantry Garden
The SAOC also operates an on-campus garden during the summer months, where a team of staff, students, and volunteers cultivate fruits and vegetables that are distributed through our Pantry Program in the fall! We are always looking for a few good folks with a love of gardening who would like to help out with the upkeep of the garden over the summer months!
